What's In a Name?

Where does the name 'May Furhst' come from?
WELL, once upon a time, there was an author searching for the perfect pen name with which to create her monster-loving literature. She searched and searched, and one day heard the song "First of May" by the musician Jonathan Coulton.Instantly, she knew. THIS WAS IT. The name she had been waiting for!
MAY FURHST.MONTHS LATER, a friend of hers was complimenting her on her incredible choice: "I mean, those initials are just PERFECT, May! 'MF', for 'Monster Fucker'!"May, who hadn't, in fact, realized she'd done any such thing, quickly nodded and said loudly, "YES. YES, I DID THAT ON PURPOSE. 'MF'. 'MONSTER FUCKER'. YES, SEE HOW INTELLIGENT I AM."And thus, May Furhst's choices were validated and her infamy sealed forever and ever.
